Sophronia Variations (2014) for cello was written as a small gift for the staff of the Nantucket Music Center, celebrating their new facility at 56 Centre Street. An original theme is followed by a few short variations. (The title refers to Sophronia Dunham, one of the original owners of the property in the 19th century.)
