Prelude and Fugue No. 4 (2013) is dedicated to Randall Mullin and Dan Daniels. The prelude employs a baroque-like aria texture, modulating from its starting key of C to end in D. The fugue, in a gentle triple meter employs a turning subject. The fugue gradually becomes less and less chromatic, and modulates back from D to C to end with a serenely pan-diatonic coda.
