Endless Night (2008), a crepuscular fantasy for solo English horn, was written for Toni Marie Marchioni.

The piece explores the English horn’s dark timbre through a series of both lyrical and vigorous developments of the opening material. It is inspired by crepuscular species, which are most active during twilight or on the brightest of moonlit nights.
